Personality: Skeptical and slow to trust, she speaks her mind and is fiercely protective. She mourns for her pack, and especially her family, but hates the fact that if the memories of her youth surface in her mind, she can't help but succumb to what she feels are emotions of weakness. She is bold, a bit proud, and usually in denial of her emotions.
History: Pup of Shining Sun/Cloud Tail.

When her mother Shining Sun, was young, she had an older sister named Red Falcon and an younger sister named Little Creek. One day when hunting, their parents (the alphas of the Light Valley Pack, Strong Oak and White Birch) defended young Red Falcon from a mother bear but lost their lives in the process. This made Red Falcon a young alphess, and the pack mourned her parents but respected her. Despite this, one night she left the pack without reason, and was presumed dead. Shining Sun took over, seething that Red Falcon would give up her home and family for nothing. Little Creek merely missed her sister, assuming she had a good reason for vanishing. Shining Sun learned to enjoy the prestige she held as alphess, and power in itself. She changed the pack into a nomadic one, in an attempt to convince the pack a change of scenery would reconcile them all to the loss, until a good place to settle down appeared. During this time, Shining Sun took a mate, CloudTail. Shortly after the pack found a place to settle down, and Shining Sun was expecting pups, the scouts informed her that Red Falcon had been sighted hunting with a nearby pack and had a mate. Her rage appeared anew, and she imagined Red Falcon would desire to reinstate herself and her mate at the alphas.

Because of that, when Fire Hawk was born first of her litter, Shining Sun harbored a deep dislike of the pup at the first because she looked similar to Red Falcon. She would only call her "Pup" when she called her at all. The only one who ever really showed pity or cared for her was her aunt Little Creek. Instead the alphess took the 2nd born, titled her Sun Spot, and showered her with care as her heir. Occasionally she would deign to spend time with the other two pups, but never "Pup." A few times, Little Creek managed to sneak out and meet Red Falcon and her mate, Blaze, and learned that they too were expecting pups. As inspiration from their names, "Pup" became Fire Hawk.

She grew, pitied by her pack and ignored by her mother.One day, after both sisters pups were half grown, Shining Sun challenged Red Falcon to a duel to the death on the borders of both packs. She didn't allowed Red Falcon to flee, and mortally injured her, but as her sister fried to only defend herself though she was the stronger of the two, Shining Sun also sustained serious injuries. The two she-wolves perished there, and only as they were dying did anywolf find them. After that, many of the Light Valley left (including the remainder of Shining Sun's family with Little Creek to care for them), though some merged with the Swift River Clan, including Fire Hawk.

Personality: Demure/docile, solemn, humble, optimistic. She rarely smiles and tends to dwell on the more unfortunate aspects of her past.
History: Pup of Red Falcon/Blaze
She was born one of 5 pups, and a twin, named Lightning. Her twin was Thunder, and her other siblings are Flash Fire and Owl Feathers. When she was born, her mother had recently discovered that her old pack, Light Valley, had moved to be near Black Mountain. Though this worried Red Falcon, she and her mate, Blaze, did all they could to raise their pups happily. Their adopted son, Silver Leaf, was much older than the pups and treated them as his own siblings. They were happy until the day Red Falcon's vengeful sister challenged her to a duel that left them both dead. Not long after that, Blaze died of grief and the pups, mostly grown, mourned with Silver Leaf. Thunder was more shook than the rest and made the choice to leave the pack and travel, without knowing when he'd ever return, if he did. Though she and her twin had been playful and mischevious pups, that park of Lightning, now Night Star, vanished. A calmer, shyer, part of her surfaced and left her the solemn, nostalgic wolf she is now. She had learned to try and forget the past, having lost Silver Leaf as well in recent years of old age, though she idolizes his mate and the legend Dusk Owl. Night Star sees Silver Leaf and Dusk Owl's only son, Sun Gaze, as a cousin who escaped the misfortunes she knew.

Personality: Cheery, dedicated to his mother and learning the past, perfect-memory, fascinated with the little things in life, peace-loving, respectful.
History: Pup of Dusk Owl/Silver Leaf
His parents, the Legend with perfect memory and the hunter/pupsitter who lost his adopted parents, were older when he was born. Despite this, they brought him up to be happy and enjoy life, and he was a happy pup who always tried to cheer up his often gloomy "cousins". When he was over a year old, his father died in a hunting accident, leading him to become even closer with his mother. He has discovered, though few others know this, that he has his mother's perfect memory and all the blessings and curses that come with it. Sun Gaze hopes to take his mother's place as Legend of the Black Mountain Pack should the Black Wolf call her to his hunting grounds in the sky.

Personality: A fun-loving wolf who remembers Night Star when she was the idol of all pups; the half of Thunder and Lighting, pups of unrivaled mischief. She has grown closer to the other she-wolf more recently and occupies herself trying to coax her from the demure mood she's sunk into. She is very rarely obviously serious, but would never allow her pack loyalty to be questioned. Cardinal is a light, fast wolf and quick to act if needed. She also picked up a bit of her fathers herb knowledge, enough to treat any small problem she might happen to have.
History: Pup of Amaranth/Stone Fur

Rank: Scout, but as any wolf she hunts if needed. She's just better at chasing then actually bringing anything down because of her size.

Er... Thanks Zero? And I removed the Swift River character when a medicine wolf wasn't needed. Though i'm honestly puzzled as to why you're reposting the images...

I mentioned it in the Yips forum. None of the links that you have up there for your characters don't work. They don't lead to the images.

I think that maybe the links that you have are either old links and they changed something about how the system directs to the images, or the links are from your location bar when you are logged in through your account.

Either way, the links/addresses that I posted above are the ones that link directly to the images on the server. They are taken from the direct link address on the image pages on photobucket.
